摘要
提出一种二极管加平衡电容的对称箝位型全桥变换器,并基于不对称控制方式进行研究。该变换器在传统全桥变换器基础上引入谐振电感和箝位二极管,使得开关管在较宽的负载范围内实现零电压开关(ZVS),并且消除了整流管上的电压尖峰;引入平衡电容,可以平衡上下箝位二极管的电流,也减小了箝位二极管的总损耗。该变换器箝位结构完全对称,使得每个周期内变压器电流正负半周对称,有利于抑制变压器直流偏磁;母线电流对称也支持母线峰值电流控制方法的使用。阐述了该变换器的主要工作原理,并通过样机验证了理论分析。
The diodes with balance capacitance symmetrical clamped full-bridge converter is proposed and researched based on asymmetric control mode.The resonant inductors and clamp diodes added in the traditional full-bridges converter can contribute the switch to achieving zero voltage switching (ZVS) in a wide load range, and eliminate the voltage spike across the rectifier diodes.The balance capacitance added in the full-bridges converter can balance cur- rent across the up and down clamp diode and reduce the total loss of clamp diodes.The fully symmetrical clamping structure of the full-bridge converter ensures that the current of transformer in the positive and negative half cycle is strictly symmetrical, which can avoid the direct current magnetization of the transformer.And the bus current symmetric is in favor of the peak current control.The principle of the converter is fully illustrated, and the characteristic of the proposed converter are verified by prototype.
