摘要 模块化多电平换流器(MMC)的子模块电容是影响其成本和体积的关键因素。提出了利用环流的电容电压波动抑制方法,给出了令电容电压波动显著下降的环流方向,并通过控制环流幅值来调整电容电压波动边界,能够实现MMC所需电容容值的降低。实验验证了所提控制策略的有效性。 Sub-module capacitors of modular multilevel converter (MMC) have critical impact on the cost and size of MMC.A capacitor voltage tipple suppression method using circulating current is proposed.The direction of circulating current which can significantly reduce the capacitor voltage ripple is given and the capacitor voltage tipple boundary can be regulated by controlling the amplitude of circulating current and the reduction of the MMC capacitors required can be achieved.Experimental results verify the validation of the proposed control method.
