摘要
研究了一种双LCL谐振型双向DC/DC变换器。双向DC/DC变换器可以实现能量双向流动,提供电气隔离,在电池充电等储能场合被广泛应用。相对于单级谐振的双向电能传输方式,LCL谐振型双向传输方式具有谐振容量大及器件应力小等优点。LCL谐振网络具有良好的滤波特性及恒流特性,在此基础上使用了双LCL谐振结构,并且分析了正向传输恒压及反向传输恒流的原理。同时推导了在正向传输恒压的条件下反向传输恒流的条件,通过参数匹配实现了正向传输恒压以及反向传输恒流。通过仿真与实验验证了方案的可行性。
A dual LCL resonant bidirectional DC/DC converter is studied.Bidirectional DC/DC converter can realize bidirectional energy flow ,provide electrical isolation and is widely used in battery charging and other energy storage situations.Compared with the single stage resonant bidirectional power transmission mode,the LCL resonant bidirectional transmission mode has the advantages of large resonant capacity and small stress of the device.LCL resonant network has good filtering characteristics and constant current characteristics.On this basis,the dual LCL resonant structure is used and the principle of forward transmission constant voltage and reverse transmission constant current is analyzed.At the same time ,the conditions of reverse transmission constant current under the condition of forward transmission constant voltage are deduced and the forward transmission constant voltage and reverse transmission constant current are realized by parameter matching.The feasibility of the scheme is verified by simulation and experiment.
