摘要
以某风电场1.5 MW双馈变流器IGBT频繁击穿失效为案例,对故障变流器的IGBT功率模块进行现场检测分析,先从经验和理论上分析可能导致IGBT失效的原因。再通过实验的方法对失效原因进行实验模拟,获得对应失效原因的失效现象,验证故障分析,为后续变流器设计选型提供参考依据。
Taking the frequent breakdown of the 1.5 MW doubly-fed converter of a wind farm as an example,the field detection and analysis of IGBT power module of the fault converter are carried out, and the reasons of the fail- ure of the IGBT are analyzed empirically and theoretically first.Then the failure reason is simulated by the method of experiment, the failure phenomenon of the corresponding failure reason is obtained, the fault analysis is verified, and the reference for the design and selection of subsequent converter is provided.
