江苏省综合评价录取招生制度运行效果及影响因素分析

Research on the Operating Effect and Influencing Factors of Comprehensive Evaluation in Admission in Jiangsu Province

公平与效率的统一是招生考试制度内在的价值诉求。通过统计分析江苏省综合评价录取数据发现,苏南地区、城市中学和四星级中学的考生录取机会更大;试点高校总体招生计划完成率不高,制度效果有限。基于政策导向和考生选择倾向等因素的客观影响,试点高校应当着眼于聚焦学科特色,修补教育公平,平衡考核维度,开展生源预测,提高入选比例并加强后续培养。

The unity of fairness and efficiency is the intrinsic value of the admission examination system. The data of comprehensive evaluation in admission of Jiangsu Province show that the candidates who are in the areas of Sunan,urban high schools and four-star high schools have greater opportunities,and the completion of admission quota in pilot universities is low,the effect of the system is limited. Based on the objective influence of such factors as policy guidance and the choice of candidates,the pilot universities should focus on subject characteristics,repairing education fairness,balancing appraisal dimensions,conducting student forecasts,increasing admission proportion,and strengthening follow-up training.
