国家安全和社会稳定是社会经济发展的前提,只有国家安全和社会稳定,社会经济发展才能不断推进。公安机关作为维护国家安全、社会稳定、人民安居乐业的主力军,时刻战斗在维护国家安全和社会稳定的第一线,处于执法办案、打击违法犯罪、安保维稳、应急处突、反恐防暴的实战状态。这种常态化实战状态对公安机关的实战能力提出了更高要求,而民警实战能力水平的高低则是检验公安机关战斗力的重要标准。学院教学训练怎样服务于执法实际工作,怎样满足实战的实际需求,培养出的学生素质与能力怎样才能达到一线执法能力的要求,怎样才能真正达到练为战的根本目的,如何更好地开展警务技战术实战化教学是警务技战术课程教学的要务。

National security and social stability are the prerequisite for social and economic development. Only in the stale of national security and social stability can social anti econornic development be pushed forward. As a main force of safeguarding the national security, social stability and ensuring people＇s living and work in peace and contentment, the public security organs fight every day in the front line, always keep in the actual combating state of enforcing law, cracking clown on crimes, safeguarding security and stability, dealing with emergencies, as well as fighting against terrorism and riot. This normal combating state has higher requirements for the actual eombating abilities of the public security organs, so the actual combating level of the police is an important standard for evaluating the fighting capac, ity of the public security organs. The colleges＇ policing techniques and tactics teachers should strive to study how the teaching and training serve the actuality of law enforcement and meet the needs of actual combat, how the quality and ability of the students can be improved to meet the requirements of the law enforcement, how the fundamental aim of serving the actual combat can he achieved through teaching training, and how the course of policing teehniques and tactics can be taught in appropriate ways.
