摘要
就业能力不足是造成大学生就业难的主要原因,从用人单位的视角进行实证研究,大学生就业能力结构模型主要包括科学文化素质、职业素养、社交能力、身心素质、应聘能力等5个方面。高校可通过教育教学改革、职业生涯规划教育、搭建社会实践平台、思想政治教育、就业指导等多种途径,提高大学生的就业能力,为大学生高质量充分就业,以及实现人生价值奠定坚实的基础。
As an important part of higher education, college has been facing the problem of undergraduates' employment difficulty. The deficiency of employ ability is the main cause of the difficult employment. Analysis from the view of employers, the structure model of college students. employ ability mainly includes five aspects: scientific and cultural quality, professional quality, social ability, physical and mental quality, and the ability to apply for a job. Colleges can enhance the scientific and cultural quality of college students through deepen the education reform, cultivate the students. occupation accomplishment through strengthening career planning education, improve students. social skills through expanding the social practice platform, improve their physical and mental quality through ideological education,physical exercise and mental education, enhance their applying ability through strengthen employment guidance. Through these above methods to improve the employ ability of college students, and promote graduates to achieve employment fully with high quality.
