摘要
目的构建科学合理的护士岗位培训评价指标体系,探讨该体系临床实践效果。方法建立护士培训评价模型,运用德尔菲法、层次分析法等构建护士岗位培训评价指标体系。引入此体系,设计调查问卷和检查表,综合评价新护士6个月岗前培训不同阶段的效果。结果评价指标体系构建中,德尔菲法2轮专家积极系数分别为98.3%和100.0%,权威系数为0.82,协调系数分别为0.889和0.847。构建的护士岗位培训评价指标体系,包括3项一级指标(培训前评估、培训过程评估、培训后评估)、7项二级指标、23项三级指标。对新护士评价结果显示,新护士岗前培训效果综合评分为90.28分。结论构建的护士岗位培训评价指标体系具有科学性、实用性、可操作性,对护理管理者深入了解培训成效、提升培训质量具有重要意义。
Objective To develop a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system for nurses' on-the-job train- ing,and to explore the effects of the system. Methods The assessment model of nurses' on-the-job training was developed. The evaluation index system was constructed by using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process. Questionnaires or checklists were designed to evaluate the effects of 6-month on-the-job training of new nurses. Results The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 98.3% and 100% respectively. The authority coefficient Cr was 0.82.The consulting coordination coefficient Kendall's W values were 0.889 and 0.847 respectively. The new developed system included 3 first-class indexes,7 second-class indexes,and 23 third-class indexes. The comprehensive score of on-the-job training for new nurses was 90.28. Conclusion The evaluation index system was scientific ,practical and operable,which was of great significance to understand training effectiveness and improve training quality for nursing managers.
