缺血性脑卒中患者护理需求评估问卷的编制

The development of nursing needs questionnaire for patients with ischemic stroke

目的编制缺血性脑卒中患者护理需求评估问卷并测定其信效度。方法通过文献研究、患者微信随访、专家会议与半结构式访谈形成护理需求问卷的初始条目池,对219例缺血性脑卒中患者与5名专家分别进行调查与函询,测评问卷信效度。结果最终形成问卷共包含4个维度,22个条目,各维度的Cronbach'sα系数为0.738～0.827;问卷的内容效度为0.90。结论编制的缺血性脑卒中护理需求问卷信效度良好,可评估患者的护理需求。

Objective To develop a questionnaire about nursing needs of patients with isehemic stroke and to test its reliability and validity. Methods The dimensions and items of the questionnaire were formed by literature review,feedback by patients＇ WeChat follow-up,expert meeting and semi-structure interview. Totally 219 patients from a tertiary hospital and five experts were selected to test the reliability and validity. Results The formal questionnaire included 4 dimensions and 22 items and the Cronbach＇s α of each dismension ranged from 0.738 to 0.827. The scale level content validity index was 0.90. Conclusion This questionnaire has favorable validity and reliability,which can be used to evaluate the needs of patients with ischemic stroke.
