夜遗尿症患儿自尊水平及相关因素研究

The self-esteem and influencing factors of children with nocturnal enuresis

目的调查某三级甲等医院夜遗尿症患儿的自尊水平,并探讨其影响因素。方法采取便利抽样法,应用一般资料调查表、家庭关怀度指数问卷、儿童社交焦虑量表、患儿自尊量表对某三级甲等医院儿科门诊的108例夜遗尿症患儿进行问卷调查。结果夜遗尿症儿童自尊量表评分为(88.51±13.01)分,年龄、遗尿频次、家庭功能和社交焦虑水平是夜遗尿症患儿自尊水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论夜遗尿症患儿的自尊水平较低,护理人员应采取护理措施减少患儿的遗尿频次,降低其焦虑水平,帮助其家庭成员建立良好的家庭功能,提高患儿的自尊水平。

Objective To investigate the self-esteem of children with nocturnal enuresis in a tertiary hospital,and to explore the influencing factors. Methods Totally 108 children with nocturnal enuresis in the outpatient depart- ment of pediatrics in a tertiary hospital were selected by convenience sampling from August 2017 to May 2018. The children were investigated with the General Information Questionnaire,Adaptation,Partnership,Growth,Affection and Resolve（APGAR）,Social Anxiety Scale（SASC）,Children＇s Self-Esteem Scale（CSES）. Results The CSES score was （88.51±13.01）. Age,urinary incontinence frequency,APGAR score,SASC score were the influential risk factors of self-esteem （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The children with nocturnal enuresis have low level of self-esteem. Nursing staff should pay attention to taking appropriate nursing measures to reduce the frequency of enuresis in children, reduce their anxiety level,help their family members to establish good family functions,and improve the self-esteem of children.
