少年儿童图书馆作为社会文化公益服务单位,引进文化志愿者开展服务非常有必要。文化志愿者服务,可以体现中华民族助人为乐、扶贫济困的传统美德,对于在全社会树立奉献、友爱、互助、进步新风尚有着积极的引领作用。本文从少年儿童图书馆文化志愿者服务现状、存在的问题及发展策略等方面对少年儿童图书馆文化志愿者服务进行了探讨。

As a social and cultural public service unit, it is very necessary for the children＇s library to introduce cultural volunteer service. The service of cultural volunteers can reflect the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation for helping people, helping the poor and difficulty. It has a positive leading role in establishing dedication, friendship, mutual help and progress in the whole society. This paper discusses the cultural volunteer service for childrerfs library, from aspacts of the present situation, the existing problems and development strategy of the cultural volunteer service.
