电针对膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效及血清GRO-α、VEGF的影响

Effect of Electro-Acupuncture on KOA and Its Influence to Serum GRO-α and VEGF

目的:观察电针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效,探讨其作用机制。方法:78例KOA患者,双盲法随机分为对照组(常规西药对症治疗)和治疗组(电针治疗),每组各39例。观察两组患者治疗前后VAS、WOMAC、ES评分,采用Luminex MAGPIX检测血清炎性因子GRO-α、VEGF浓度。结果:两组治疗后VAS、WOMAC、ES评分及血清GRO-α、VEGF浓度均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05或P <0. 01);与对照组相比,治疗组的VAS、WOMAC、ES评分及血清GRO-α、VEGF浓度降低显著,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。结论:电针能有效减轻KOA患者临床症状,可能通过抑制炎性因子GRO-α、VEGF释放,产生镇痛效应。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of electro-acupuncture in the treatment of KOA,and to explore its mechanism. Methods： 78 cases of KOA were randomized into the control group（ n = 39,conventional western medicine treatment） and the treatment group（ n = 39,electro-acupuncture treatment）. The scores of VAS,WOMAC and ES were observed in the two groups. The serum levels of Growth-regulated oneogene-alpha（ GRO-α） and vascular endothelial growth factor（ VEGF） were detected by Luminex MAGPIX before and after the treatment in the two groups. Results： The scores of VAS,WOMAC,and ES,as well as the concentrations of GRO-α and VEGF were significantly lowered after the treatment in the both groups than those before the treatment（ P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）; of which,the changes in the treatment group was more significant（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Electro-acupuncture can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of KOA patients,the analgesia mechanism may be related to inhibiting the release of GRO-α and VEGF.
