摘要
静纤毛是内耳感觉细胞的组成部分,对机械电转换具有重要作用。随着基因编辑等技术的发展,越来越多的基因/蛋白功能被认识到。肌动蛋白是组成静纤毛的重要成分,对于静纤毛的发育和维持起着重要作用。同时,其他位于静纤毛或表皮板的蛋白也具有重要作用。本文就肌动蛋白及其他与静纤毛相关蛋白的功能进行综述,总结各种蛋白在静纤毛发育和维持方面的作用。
Stereocilium is a component of the sensory cells of the inner ear and plays an important role in mechanotransduction. With the development of technologies such as gene editing, more genes/proteins' functions are recognized. Actin composes the core of stereocilia and is crucial to the development and maintenance of stereocilia. At the same time, other proteins located in the stereocilia or cuticular plate also play an important role. Therefore, this article reviews the functions of actin and other protein related to stereocilia, and development and maintenance of stereocilia. summarizes the role of various proteins in thedevelopment and maintenance of stereocilia.
