耳呜是由多种病因引起的症状或疾病，目前发病机制尚未明确，缺乏有效的客观}生检测方法，对检测结果的评估未有统一标准。心理声学检测方法作为当今最广泛使用的耳呜检测方法，其检测方法和结果的准确性和可靠性对耳鸣诊疗具有重要作用。本文将主要从心理声学检测方法和对检测结果评估的方面进行综述，希望为耳鸣诊疗提供更多参考。

Tinnitus is a symptom or disease caused by a variety of causes. The mechanism of tinnitus remains unclear. The psychoacoustic measures and results of tinnitus are lack of systemic evaluations. Psychoacoustic measures, as the most commonly used measures, play a very important role in the diagnosis and treatment of tinnitus with the accuracy and reliability in detecting results. In this review, we provide an overview of psychoacoustic measures of tinnitus and evaluation and hope to offer more reference for diagnosis and treatment of tinnitus.
