摘要
本文立足于学院五个现代学徒制试点专业的探索与实践,创新了"店校一体""行业联盟委托""混合所有制二级学院""学服创赛一体化"四种合作模式,形成了"校企互融,学训交替,分段递进"的双元育人特色。
This paper is based on the exploration and practice of five modern apprenticeship pilot programs in the college,innovates four cooperation modes of＂integration of business and school＂,＂industry alliance entrustment＂,＂secondary college of mixed ownership＂and＂integration of learning and service creation competition＂,which forms the dual education characteristics of＂integration between schools and enterprises,alternation of learning and training,and progressive development in stages＂.
