疏肝健脾法治疗甲状腺功能亢进症合并痤疮的疗效

Soothing liver and strengthening spleen in the treatment of hyperthyroidism with acne

目的观察疏肝健脾法治疗甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)合并痤疮的临床疗效。方法选择2015年1月至2016年8月门诊治疗的36例甲亢合并痤疮患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组及对照组,各18例。两组在根据患者甲亢病情抗甲状腺治疗基础上,对照组给予安慰剂维生素B1,治疗组加用疏肝健脾法,对比治疗8周后两组的痤疮的疗效及对甲状腺功能改善的影响。结果治疗组痤疮的治疗效果显著优于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗前两组血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、血清游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),治疗后两组FT3、FT4和TSH均改善(P <0. 05),且两组比较无统计学差异(P> 0. 05)。结论疏肝健脾法可改善甲亢合并痤疮患者的皮损,且不影响患者甲状腺功能。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of soothing liver and strengthening spleen method in the treatment of hyperthyroidism with acne. Methods A total of 36 patients with hyperthyroidism combined with acne who were treated from January 2015 to August 2016 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group randomly（n = 18,each）. All the patients received anti-thyroid treatment based on the situation of hyperthyroidism,and control group was given extra placebo vitamin B1,while the treatment group was given the Chinese medicine of soothing the liver and strengthening spleen. The clinical effect and improvement of thyroid function were observed and compared between two groups. Results The therapeutic effect in treatment group was significant better than that in control group（P〈0. 05）.Before the treatment,there were no differences in free triiodothyronine（FT3）,free thyroxine（FT4）,thyroid-stimulating hormone（TSH） between two groups（P〈0. 05）,and they were all improved after the treatment（P〈0. 05） and there was no significant difference in the improvement of thyroid hormone between the two groups（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Soothing liver and strengthening spleen method could improve skin lesions of patients with hyperthyroidism complicated with acne without affecting the thyroid function.
