摘要
选取牛中性粒细胞的牛溶菌肽的线性衍生物Bac8c为研究对象,对Bac8c的抑菌活性及稳定性进行研究。结果表明:Bac8c对革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌均有较强的抑菌作用,最小抑菌浓度为2~16μmol/L;当肽浓度为64μmol/L时,溶血率低,仅为10.39%;细胞毒性小,治疗指数为2.58,细胞选择性强;在100℃条件下处理1 h,抑菌活性未改变,热稳定性好,具有应用于食品加工、饲料生产的潜力。
The antibacterial peptides are a class of small peptides that distribute widely in many organisms in nature. Because of processing the features of broad spectrum, high efficacy and little drug resistance, antibacterial peptides have a potential application prospect to substitute traditional antibiotics. In this study, the linear derivative Bac8 c from bactenecin which isolated from bovine neutrophils was selected, and its antibacterial activity and stability were measured.The MIC of Bac8 c against representative gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria ranged from 2 to 16 μmol/L, with low hemolytic activity(10.39%, 64 μmol/L) and cytotoxicity(therapeutic index 2.58) against human. In addition, the antibacterial activity of Bac8 c had no significant change when heating 1 h in 100 ℃. Therefore, Bac8 c has a potential application in food industry and feed production.
