某三甲医院2009年-2017年门诊量变化趋势分析

Outpatient Quantity Variation Tendency from 2009 to 2017 in a Three A and Tertiary Hospital

目的通过对某三甲医院门诊量情况进行分析,探讨其变化趋势和规律。方法采用时间序列数据季节指数分析法和动态数列指标对某院2009年-2017年门诊量进行统计分析。结果门诊量呈逐年上升趋势,并且门诊量变化有明显的季节性和周期性,门诊量各季节指数以第4季度最低(95.73%),第2季度最高(103.16%)。结论医院管理部应结合门诊量的变化规律及特点,在门诊量高峰时段合理增加门诊出诊医师,增设门诊收费窗口等,医技科室应根据门诊量弹性排班。门诊部需合理配置各种医疗资源,提升门诊的服务质量和患者满意度,更好的满足患者的就医需求。

Objective Through analyzing the data of outpatient quantity from 2009 to 2017 in a Three A and Tertiary Hospital, to discuss its variation tendency. Methods By using time series seasonal indicator analysis and dynamic sequence indicator, to analyze the change regularity of the outpatient quantity from 2007 to 2015. Results The hospital outpatient quantity was increasing trend year by year and it had obvious seasonality and periodicity.The seasonal indicator of outpatient quantity for the fourth season was the lowest（95.73%）, on the contrary the second season was the highest（103.16%）. Conclusions The hospital management department should employ various medical resources reasonably. According to the change regularity of outpatient quantity, the hospital management department should increase doctors reasonably during the peak hours of out-patient quantity, add out-patient charge window. The medical technical department should arrange the class according to the out-patient quantity flexibility. The outpatient department needs to reasonably allocate various medical resources, imp rove the service quality and patient satisfaction, and better meet the patient＇s medical needs.
