摘要
目的对比分析缩宫素与马来酸麦角新碱预防高危产妇产后出血效果。方法采用回顾性分析,以2016年1月1日-2017年9月30日某院妇产科的高危产妇140例为研究对象,对照组采用马来酸麦角新碱,研究组采用缩宫素,对比分析两组的产后出血情况。结果对照组总有效58例(85.29)%与研究组总有效68例(94.44%)差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。对照组剖宫产产时出血量(402.19±10.64)ml、产后2h(215.64±8.78)ml、产后24h(146.97±5.88)ml与研究组剖宫产产时出血量(330.85±8.79)ml、产后2h(106.95±5.66)ml、产后24h(68.49±3.85)ml差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。对照组不良反应7例(10.29%)与研究组不良反应8例(11.11%)差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论针对高危产妇可考虑采用缩宫素进行产后出血的预防,预防效果良好,可有效减少产时、产后出血量,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To compare the effects of oxytocin and ergometrine maleate on preventing postpartum hemorrhage in high-risk pregnant women. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted from January 1, 2016 to September 30, 2017. A total of 140 study subjects were enrolled, all of whom were high-risk mothers. The control group was given ergonovine maleate. The study group adopted Oxytocin, comparative analysis of postpartum hemorrhage in both groups. Results The total effective rate of 58(85.29)% in the control group was significantly different from that of the 68%(94.44%) in the study group, P〈0.05.(402.19±10.64) ml in cesarean section, 215.64±8.78 ml in postpartum(146.97±5.88) ml and 330.85±8.79 ml in study group after cesarean section, Postpartum 2 h 106.95±5.66) ml, postpartum 24 h(68.49±3.85)ml difference was significant, P〈0.05. There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the control group(10.29%)and 8 cases(11.11%) in the study group(P〉0.05). Conclusions For high-risk women, oxytocin could be considered for the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage. The preventive effect was good, which could effectively reduce the amount of bleeding during birth and postpartum, which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
