病毒8项检测对小儿呼吸道感染的辅助诊治作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究病毒8项检测对小儿呼吸道感染的辅助诊治作用。方法随机抽取某院2016年1月-2017年1月就诊的小儿呼吸道感染患者140例作为观察组,50例作为对照组,观察组所有患儿均实施8项呼吸道病原体检测,分析所检测出来的病原体的阳性率以及8种病原体的所占比例,予实施8项呼吸道病原体检测后的治疗;对照组给予未实施8项呼吸道病原体检测的治疗。分析其对小儿呼吸道感染患儿的诊治以及预后情况的影响。结果呼吸道感染患儿进行8项呼吸道病原体检测,结果共查出的病原体有5种,其中肺炎支原体(35.0%)、乙型流感病毒(19.2%)、军团菌(2.8%)、腺病毒(0.7%)以及立克次体(0.7%)。肺炎支原体显著高于其他各病原菌,P<0.05。观察两组患儿治疗效果,未实施8项呼吸道病原体检测的对照组其治疗有效率显著低于观察组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对小儿呼吸道感染患儿实施8项呼吸道病原体检测,能够显著提高对其的诊断率,且对于患儿的治疗以及预后情况都有积极影响,值得推广。 Objectives To explore the diagnosis and treatment of 8 cases of herpes, rubella and cytomegalovirus infection in children with respiratory tract infection. Methods Randomly selected 140 children with respiratory tract infection in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017. All children were tested for pathogen of eight respiratory pathogens and the positive rate of the detected pathogens was analyzed. The proportion of eight pathogens. The control group was treated with eight respiratory pathogens treatment, while the observation group was treated with eight respiratory pathogens treatment. And its impact on diagnosis and treatment of children with respiratory tract infection and prognosis was analyzed. Results Eight respiratory pathogens were detected in all 319 children with respiratory tract infection. Among the total had 5 pathogenic bacteria, which were positive for pneumonia(35.1%), influenza B virus(19.4%), Legionella(2.8%), adenovirus(0.3%) and rickettsia(0.3%). Mycoplasma pneumoniae had an absolute dominant proportion, significantly higher than other pathogens, P〈0.05. The curative effect of two groups of children was observed. The control group without eight pathogen detection of respiratory tract was significantly lower than the observation group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). After treatment, the number of outpatient visits and hospitalizations in the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group, with statistical difference(P〈0.05). Conclusions The detection of eight respiratory pathogens in children with respiratory tract infections could significantly improve the diagnosis rate of them and had a positive impact on the treatment and prognosis of children and was worthy of promotion.
