家庭式认知干预对肿瘤PICC置管患者自我管理能力的影响

Effects of Familial Cognitive Intervention on the Self-management Ability of Patients with Tumor PICC Catheterization

目的分析家庭式认知干预对肿瘤PICC置管患者自我管理能力的影响。方法将某肿瘤专科医院2016年1月-2018年1月接受PICC置入的患者随机抽取120例分为两组,观察组按家庭式健康教育计划进行指导,对照组按常规健康教育计划进行指导,使用PICC自我管理能力量表进行评估,比较两组置管患者的自我管理能力。结果观察组患者日常导管观察、维护依从性、导管管理信心、异常情况处理、信息获取、带管运动7个维度的自我管理能力得分均明显优于使用常规健康教育计划的对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论开展家庭式认知干预可以提高患者对相关知识的认知度,有效提高PICC带管期间的自我管理能力,尤其对于年纪较大,记忆力减退,以及文化程度相对较低,理解能力较差的患者,家属的协助尤为重要。

Objective The effect of family cognitive intervention on the self-management ability of patients with tumor PICC catheterization was analyzed. Methods To randomly select 120 cases of patients undergoing PICC placement from January 2016 to January 2018 and divided into 2 groups. According to family health education program in the control group according to routine health education program guidance, using self-management ability scale to assess the self management ability, to compare two groups patients with catheter self-management ability. Results The self-management ability scores of the 7 dimensions of daily catheter observation, m aintenance compliance, catheter management confidence, abnormal situation processing, information acquisition, and catheter exercise in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group using the routine healthy education program, with statistically significant differences, P〈0.05. Conclusions The application of family-type cognitive intervention could improve patients＇ awareness of relevant knowledge and effectively improve their self-management ability during the management of PICC, especially for older patients with impaired memory, and those with relatively low education level and poor understanding ability.
