高海拔地区官兵生殖器外伤患者的心理康复研究

Research of psychological rehabilitation on male genital trauma at plateau area

目的:探讨心理干预对高海拔地区官兵生殖器外伤后心理康复的作用。方法:收集2015-03-01～2017-03-30在我院泌尿外科就诊的来自高海拔地区的生殖器外伤患者37例,在临床诊疗过程中均接受心理干预,运用一般自我效能感量表、心理弹性问卷评估心理干预前后的心理状况。结果:所有患者心理干预前后自我效能得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);心理弹性的3个因子坚韧性、力量、乐观性得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理干预能够改善高海拔地区官兵生殖器外伤患者的心理状况,使其以积极乐观的心理状态接受治疗,促进身心康复,可在诊疗过程中推广应用。

Objective：To explore the effect of psychological intervention on psychological rehabilitation of genital trauma at plateau.Methods：Thirty-seven cases with genital trauma accepted psychological intervention,who were collected in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 at plateau area.The effect of psychological intervention before and after treatment was evaluated by the general self-efficacy scale（GSES）and psychological elasticity questionnaire.Results：There was no significant difference in GSES before and after psychological intervention（P〈0.05）.But there were significant differences in the scores of psychological elasticity,toughness,strength and optimism score（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Psychological intervention can improve the psychological status on male genital trauma at plateau areas,which can be helpful for patients to receive treatment in a positive and optimistic state.It also can promote physical and mental recovery positive,which can be applied to the course of diagnosis and treatment.
