Common questions faced and strategies of tackling them in counselling patients with STD/AIDS

AIDS 的发生不仅使个人的健康和生命受到严重损害,而且也为社会及家庭等带来诸多问题。健康、声誉、经济及亲情的丧失,心灵深处难以弥补的创伤,使生活中各种希望都变得难以料定,他们必须面对生活的不稳定性和心理调整之间的紧张关系,因而引发出强烈的心理矛盾,出现威胁生命的心理危机。因此适时地进行心理咨询和危机干预对帮助求询者渡过心理危机,调适应对水平、改变行为模式、保护自己和他人实属必要。

To help the patients with STD/AIDS and individuals infected with HIV and prevent the spread of these diseases,the authors provide these people with psychological consultation.By this interview,the con- sulters can learn problem-solving skills,evaluation of their crisis and strategies in dealing with the crisis.
