STEM+P模式:制造类专业创新型人才培养的新探索 被引量:10

摘要 "STEM+P"人才培养模式是在借鉴成熟的STEM教育理念基础上,在注重学生综合素质培养的同时,以实际工程项目为载体,以教学实践应用为主导,以创新能力培养为目标,建设"三横三纵"人才培养体系,构建"三级项目化"实践教学课程体系,创建"教学工坊"三重奏实践教学和以"工程项目"为载体、政行校企共建共享的多样化协同育人新平台,产教深度融合,双元主体育人,探索出一条培养制造类专业创新型技术技能人才的高效可行新路径。
