卡前列素氨丁三醇预防剖宫产产后出血的临床效果

To Investigate the Clinical Effect of Three Amino Alcohol in the Prevention of Postpartum Hemorrhage in Cesarean Section

目的:探究卡前列素氨丁三醇在预防剖宫产产后出血的临床效果。方法:选取尉氏县第三人民医院2015年5月至2017年5月进行剖宫产的产妇166例,将其随机分为对照组(n=83)和观察组(n=83),对照组患者在胎儿娩出后进行宫体注射缩宫素,观察组此基础上加用卡前列素氨丁三醇。记录两组产妇术中与术后24 h出血量以及总出血量,并对比两组不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组不同时间点以及总出血量均少于对照组,但前者不良反应发生率(84.34%)显著高于后者(22.89%),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:对于存在高危出血因素的剖宫产产妇应用卡前列素氨丁三醇可以加强子宫肌肉收缩,有效预防产后出血,虽然易出现不良反应,但都可在短时间内自行缓解,是一种较为安全有效的药物。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of three amino alcohol in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section. Methods In the third hospital of Weishi county from May 2015 to May 2017 in our hospital cesarean section in 166 cases, which were randomly divided into control group（n = 83） and observation group（n = 83）. In the control group, uterine injection of oxytocin was performed after the fetus was delivered, and the observation group was supplemented with kaempferol tromethamine. The intraoperative and postoperative 24 h bleeding volume and total bleeding volume of the two groups were recorded, and the adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results the observation group at different time points and the total amount of bleeding were less than the control group,but the incidence of adverse reactions（84.34 %） was significantly higher than the latter（22.89 %）, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion for the existence of the risk of bleeding in cesarean section by factors of carboprost ammonia butyl alcohol three can strengthen the uterine muscle contraction, effective prevention of postpartum hemorrhage,although prone to adverse reactions,but can relieve themselves in a short period of time,is a kind of safe and effective drugs.
