基于运气理论与体质学说探讨丁酉年阴虚质高血压患者诊疗规律

Principle for Diagnosis and Treatment of Hypertension in Patients of Yin Deficiency Constitution in Dingyou Year Based on Theories of Yunqi and Constitution

运气理论与体质学说作为传统中医理论中整体观念的重要组成部分,在高血压的诊疗以及养生调护中发挥着重要的作用。丁酉年阳邪偏胜,风燥横运,人体血压亦受此影响。阴虚质高血压患者素体阴液亏虚,阳邪扰动,出现血压升高、血压节律异常、心血管事件增加等现象,故丁酉年对于阴虚质高血压患者的诊疗应在结合高血压病因病机的基础上,根据患者自身体质以及运气变化规律立法用药,以更好地体现中医整体观。

Yunqi theory and constitution theory are important parts of wholism concept in traditional Chinese medieine（TCM） ,and both play important roles in the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension and health care. In Dingyou year,yang evil is prevailing,and the dry wind also is predominant. The blood pressure of the human body is affected by both. In hypertension patients of yin deficiency,the yin body fluids tend to be deficient,with yang evil disturbing,manifesting as high blood pressure,abnormal blood pressure rhythm and increased cardiovascular events. Therefore in Dingyou year,for hypertension patients with yin deficiency constitution,the diagnosis and treatment should be based on the etiology and pathogenesis of hypertension,and also the constitution of patients and the change law of Yunqi should be considered. By doing that,the wholism concept of TCM could be showed.
