田代华从体质辨治月经病经验总结

Experience by Professor TIAN Daihua in Treating Menstrual Disease from Body Constitution Differentiation.

田代华教授倡导中医体质学说,认为体质因素不仅影响月经病发病,且决定月经病证候类型。认为临床常见月经病发病体质多为气血偏颇体质,且常复合出现,强调肾对女性月经病的重要性。总结临床治疗月经病常用基础方,临证时将基础方与疾病用药相结合,使方药运用与患者的病情更加吻合,并严格按照诊断、治疗、处方等步骤进行诊治,临床收效甚佳。

Professor TIAN Daihua advocates the theory of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） constitution and believes that body constitution factors not only affect the onset of menstrual disease ,but also determine the type of menstrual syndrome. The common body constitution with menstrual disease in clinical practice is qi and blood biased constitution,and often appears in combination. He emphasizes the importance of kidney for menstrual disease. The common used primary formulas for clinical treatment of menstrual disease were summarized. In clinic,the primary formulas are combined with the medicinals variations,so that the prescription is more consistent with the patient＇s condition. Besides,the diagnosis and treatment are strictly carried out according to the steps of diagnosis ,treatment and prescription. The clinical effect is very good.
