挤压膨化处理对灵芝菌糠中主要成分的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用双螺杆挤压膨化机对灵芝菌糠进行挤压膨化处理,对处理前后灵芝菌糠的粗蛋白、氨基酸、粗纤维、木质素、纤维素、半纤维素和还原糖等主要成分的变化进行了比较。灵芝菌糠经挤压膨化后,粗蛋白含量下降28.17%,氨基氮含量增加138.65%。可溶性糖中非还原性糖以及还原糖含量都有所增加,总体增加221.01%。纤维素含量降低了102.52 mg/g,半纤维素含量降低了92.66 mg/g,木质素含量降低了84.96 mg/g,使得可溶性纤维含量增加,粗纤维降解率达到41.62%。 The change of main chemical components of Ganoderma lucidum spent mushroom substrate including crude protein, soluble amino acids, crude fiber, lignin, cellulose, hemicellulose, and reducing sugar before and after double-screw extrusion treatment was compared. The results showed that:after double screw extrusion, the crude protein content of Ganoderma SMS reduced by 28.17%, and the soluble amino acids content increased by 138.65%.The reducing sugar and non-reducing sugar of soluble carbohydrate increased by 221.01% in total. The contents of hemicellulose, cellulose and lignin of Ganoderma SMS decreaseed by 102.52 mg/g, 92.66 mg/g and 84.96 mg/g, respectively,which resulted in the increase of soluble fiber, and the degradation rate of crude fiber reached 41.62%.
