临夏春蚕豆产业现状及发展建议

Current Situation and Development Suggestion of Faba Bean Industry in Linxia

为了解临夏蚕豆生产、加工与销售情况,找出制约临夏地区蚕豆产业发展的制约因素,对甘肃临夏州、江苏南通市蚕豆生产与加工现状,以及上海江桥农产品批发市场蚕豆销售情况进行了实地调研,对比分析了甘肃省蚕豆种植与加工企业的生产、销售现状,并对临夏州蚕豆生产下滑原因、产业科研及政府导向存在的问题进行了阐述,提出了以政府为导向、树立品牌意识、加强新品种选育和蚕豆产品研发、大力发展鲜食蚕豆产业的建议,为西北地区蚕豆产业化生产提供参考。

In order to understand the production, processing and sale of Linxia faba bean, find out the restriction factors that restrict the development of faba bean industry in linxia, this paper investigates the production and processing status of faba bean in Nantong, Jiangsu and Linxia, Gansu, the sales situation in Jiangqiao agricultural products wholesale market in Shanghai,and then analyzes the present situation of production and sales of faba bean planting and processing enterprises in Gansu, and dicusses the reasons of the production decline of broad bean in Linxia and the problems in industrial scientific research and government guidance. At last the development strategies of faba bean in Gansu province are put forward,which includes leading by government, establishing brand consciousness, reinforcing the cultivation of new faba bean varieties and products development, rapidly developing fresh faba bean industry. This research can provide the guidance for industrial production of faba bean in northwest areas of China.
