放射治疗对局部晚期口咽癌临床疗效及预后分析

摘要 目的探究放射治疗局部晚期口咽癌的临床疗效及预后。方法选取2016年1月～2017年1月收治的100例局部晚期口咽癌患者临床资料进行分析,将行单纯化疗治疗者设作对照组(50例),行放化疗联合治疗者设作研究组(50例),比较两组临床疗效及生存率、局部复发率。结果研究组治疗总有效率90.00%与对照组相比显著高(P <0.05);随访1年,研究组局部复发率8.00%较对照组低,生存率64.00%较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论局部晚期口咽癌患者经放射治疗后可有效降低局部复发率,促生存率提高,可推广。
