摘要
针对药品追溯体系建设难题,围绕药品追溯的5个环节,详细介绍基于工业物联网技术的追溯体系建设的设计方案,通过MES系统中EBR(电子批记录)模块实现物料的可控制和可追溯,能较好地解决药品采购、入库、制造、运输等环节的物料追踪追溯的需求。该方案已在辽宁省某制药企业的园区搬迁项目得到了初步成功应用,实现了药品全环节全方位的追溯。
Based on the five links of drug traceability, the detailed design of the traceability system based on industrial IoT technology was introduced in response to the difficulties in the construction of traceability systems for pharmaceuticals. Through the EBR(Electronic Batch Record) module in the MES system to achieve controllable and traceable materials, it can better solve the needs of traceability of materials in procurement, storage, manufacturing, and transportation.The project has been successfully applied in the pharmaceutical company in Liaoning Province, and has achieved all-round traceability of the entire drug chain.
