摘要 随着电子式互感器的推广应用,其量值传递的准确性受到日益重视。但传统溯源标准设备只支持通过基于直角坐标的比较测差法进行量值传递,这将引入不同坐标系之间差异的理论误差。首先分析基于极坐标的直接测量法和基于直角坐标的比较测差法在接线方式和误差传递方式方面的区别和存在的问题,根据两种坐标的矢量关系推导出互感器测量结果中比差和角差的坐标转换模型。以某量值传递标准装置与被检校验装置的量值传递为例进行误差实测,结果表明通过本文方法转换后的误差能满足量值传递需求。 With the popularization and application of electronic transformer, the accuracy of its value transfer is paid more and more attention. But the traditional traceability standard equipment only supports the transfer of values through the deviation method based on the Cartesian coordinates, which will introduce the theoretical error. Firstly, based on the analysis of direct measurement method of polar coordinates and based on the comparison of difference measuring method of transfer difference way in terms of connection and error and problems in Cartesian coordinates, based on the vector relationship between two coordinate measurement results derived push transformer ratio error and the angle error of the coordinate conversion model. The error measurement is carried out with the transmission of the traceability datum and the value of the calibrating device as an example. The result shows that the error after the method converts to the precision transfer requirement.
