摘要
微波输出功率是微波消解过程的一个重要参数。本文提出一种新的功率校准方法。该方法利用无线温度记录仪取代铂电阻温度计实现温度的测量,并对微波消解设备输出功率进行计算和不确定度评定。实验结果表明,在不改变测量不确定度的情况下,该方法与传统方法相比能够更准确地测量输出功率。该方法有助于改善微波消解设备输出功率的校准方法。
As output power is a key parameter in microwave digestion procedure, the article proposes a new method for output power calibration. It implements a wireless temperature logger instead of a platinum resistance thermometer to measure the temperature. Output power is calculated and the measurement uncertainty is evaluated. An experiment shows that the measured output power, compared with the traditional method, is more accurate without changing the measurement uncertainty. This method can improve calibration work of output power.
