护理干预应用于患者心脏手术术后疼痛的效果

目的对心脏手术后疼痛实施优质护理服务模式指导下的护理干预措施干预的临床效果进行评析。方法选取2015年2月~2017年2月我院收治的87例心脏手术患者作为观察对象,随机数字表法分组,对比组40例实施常规护理,探究组47例同时实施优质护理服务模式指导下的针对性护理干预,应用视觉模拟量表评测术后患者的疼痛程度,并掌握问卷调查掌握两组患者的护理满意度情况。结果术后1d、2d、3d两组患者的视觉模拟量表评分存在显著差异,有统计意义(P <0.05),但在术后5d、7d两组视觉模拟量表评分无明显差异,不具统计意义(P>0.05);通过调查,探究组患者护理满意度是97.54%,优于对比组82.50%(P<0.05)。结论在心脏手术术后实施优质护理服务模式指导下的护理干预措施干预,可有效改善术后疼痛度,促进患者康复,提升护理满意度,有着重要的临床意义。
