警惕性病向儿童蔓延及其对策——附125例临床分析

Bewaring of,and countermeasures against,spread of sexually transmitted diseases to children:clinical analysis of 125 cases

随着近年来性病发病率明显上升已经越来越多地侵袭儿童,严重影响下一代的心身健康。现将我院门诊儿科在1993.1—1998.7期间接诊的125例儿童性病例报告如下:临床资料本组125例中,女82例,男43例。年龄仅2天的2例,1个月至3岁26例,4岁至7岁42例。

The incidence of sexually transmitted diseases (STD) in children has evidently increased recent- ly.From January 1993 to July 1998,we treated 125 children with STD.Of them 43 were males and 82 fe- males.The age at the onset of the diseases was between 2 days and 14 years.The course of diseases was from 2 days to 3 years.Clinical manifestations were frequency and urgency on urination,pain,itching and discharge of genital organ.The routes of infection included mother's parturient canal,sharing mother's bed,others' towels,clothes or bath tub,use of unclean toilet paper,toilet facility or sexual appliances,dissolute sexual be- havior,etc.Nongonococcal urethritis and condyloma acuminatum were the most commonly seen STD.There was a tendency of early sexual maturation and sexual behavior in 13 to 14 year-old youngsters,females more in number than males.Our study suggests that the following countermeasures are imperative:improvement of adolescent and juvenile sexual education,antenatal examination and treatment of pregnant women,safeguard a- gainst indirect infection,ban on prostitution and quack doctors,and dissemination of knowledge about preven- tion and treatment of STD.
