摘要
针对当前油田输油泵测控中存在劳动强度大、故障处理延迟长、测控精度低、多泵协调工作能力弱等缺点,采用自顶而下、层次化的方式设计了基于物联网的油田输油泵远程DCS系统,系统总体架构包括DCS层、服务层及扩展层。介绍了站点自治区域物联网DCS控制结构,给出了其感知层、网络层、应用层的设计内容。重点论述了DCS层物联网传感器节点、协调器节点的硬件设计,以及整个系统的底层程序与上层软件的软件设计。实践证明DCS系统为油田设备远程监控提供了非常好的测控模型与设计方法。
In this paper, an IOT (Internet of Things) based remote DCS system for oilfield oil pumps was designed in the hierarchical pattern from the top to the bottom to overcome current measurement and control shortcomings of oilfield oil pumps, such as high labor intensity, long delay in fault handling, low precision of measurement and control, and poor ability of multi-pump coordination. The overall structure of this system includes DCS layer, service layer and extension layer. Firstly, the detailed control structure of the IOT based DCS system in the autonomous region of the station was introduced in detail, and the design contents of its perception layer, network layer and application layer were described specifically. Then, the hardware design of IOT sensor node and coordinator node in DCS layer and the software design of botton program and upper software of the entire system were mainly illustrated. Application practice shows that this IOT based remote DCS system provides a very good measurement & control model and design method for the remote monitoring of oilfield equipments.
