摘要 以合成的单双核二茂铁有机硅接枝端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)为研究对象,对其黏度、挥发性以及热稳定性进行对比分析,并研究其对高氯酸铵(AP)的催化性能。结果表明,接枝后产物的黏度和初始耐热性降低,热敏感度提高。添加2种燃速催化剂后AP的热稳定性降低,加快其分解速率。 Using the synthesized single- and dual-core ferrocene organic silicon grafting hydroxyl- terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) as the research objects, their viscosity, volatility and thermal stability were compared and analyzed, and their catalytic performance to ammonium perchlorate (AP) was investigated. The results show that after grafting, the viscosity and the initial heat resistance of the products decrease, and the thermal sensitivity increases. After adding two kinds of burning rate catalysts, the thermal stability of AP decreases, and its decomposition rate increases.
