摘要 哈大客运专线地处我国高寒地区,由于冰雪冻融引起混凝土表面起砂、起皮、开裂,形成碎块,影响高铁的运营安全和轨道的使用寿命。以双城北站为试验段研究了线间混凝土冻融防护处理方法,试验表明采用高渗透性环氧底漆作为界面剂、刮涂聚脲防水涂料作为防水层,施工后可有效减少表层混凝土的含水率,避免了冻融破坏,取得了预期效果,为进一步施工提供了依据。 Harbin-Dalian passenger railway is located in alpine region. Due to the freezing and thawing of ice and snow, sanding on surface, peeling, cracking and fragmenting may happen to the concrete, which will have an impact on the secure operation of the train and working life of the railway. Taking North Shuangcheng Station as a test section, the article studies the protective treatment methods for interline concrete. Tests show the protective system, adopting high permeable epoxy primer as adhesion agent and blade coating polyurea waterproofing coating as waterproofing layer, can effectively reduce the moisture content of concrete surface after construction, and further avoid freeze-thaw damages. The research receives expected effects, and provides guidance for further construction work.
