京津冀地区经济发展差异及产业转移研究

Research on the Economic Development Differences and Industrial Transfer in Jing-Jin-Ji Area

在京津冀一体化发展进程中,产业转移是重要的战略布局内容。京津冀三地产业同质化竞争、产业结构不合理等问题亟待妥善解决。通过分析京津冀三地产业结构和产业转移的量化关系,得知三地产业结构在逐步向合理的方向发展,但产业结构布局仍不够合理。尤其是河北省,与北京、天津产业结构合理度差距过大,但产业转移所能带动的经济发展潜力相当巨大。京津冀地区需继续加大产业结构调整力度,增强产业转移的针对性与合理性,加强地区间的职能分配与协调,提高区域间的整体经济发展水平,促进京津冀产业协同发展。

In the integration of Jing-Jin-Ji area, industrial transfer is an important strategic layout. For a long time, problems such as industrial homogenization competition and irrational industrial structure in this area need to be solved properly. By analyzing the quantitative relationship between the industrial structure and industrial transfer in the three areas of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, it shows that the three industrial structures are gradually developing in a reasonable direction, but the layout of the industrial structure is still not reasonable enough. Especially in Hebei Province, the gap between Beijing and Tianjin＇s industrial structure is too large, but the potential of economic development driven by industrial transfer is quite huge. In Jing-Jin-Ji area, it is urgent to strengthen the adjustment of industrial structure, enhance tbe pertinence and rationality of industrial transfer, strengthen the distribution and coordination of functions between regions, improve the overall economic development level of the region, and promote the area industry.
