摘要
随着课改的深入,各地把打造名特优教师队伍作为一项重点工程来抓。本文介绍了省重点自筹课题"区域跨学科骨干教师研修共同体"的内涵界定、主要观点和创新之处,着力介绍了区域跨学科骨干教师研修共同体的建设过程,旨在通过实践和探索,构建跨学科骨干教师的研修培养平台,有效促进区域教师专业高位发展。
With the deepening of the curriculum reform,each district takes building a team of distinguished andexcellent teachers as a key project.This essay introduces the definition and main ideas of the provincial subject "Regionalinterdisciplinary training community of the leading teachers",emphatically introduces the regional construction process.
