摘要
为了解老年人工作日和休息日早餐摄入情况的异同,随机抽取131名老年人进行问卷调查。早餐模式以及食用早餐的频率、食物种类和早餐质量工作日与休息日均无显著差异。休息日食用早餐时间晚于工作日(P<0.05),有家庭成员上学和两代及以上同居的老人休息日食用早餐的时间较晚(P<0.05)。
To study the difference of breakfast between weekdays and weekends in old people, 131 old peoplewere randomly selected, and a questionnaire survey was done. There were no significant difference between weekdaysand weekends on the frequency of eating breakfast, foods category, breakfast mode and quality. The time of eatingbreakfast was later on weekends than on weekdays (P〈0.05).The elderly with "family members going to school" andwith "two generations living together" eat breakfast significantly later (P〈0.05).
