An Analysis of the Demand of Enterprises in Liaoning Province for Foreign Language Talents

通过对辽宁省内各类企业的走访调研发现,企业对于外语类人才的条件有不同层次的需求。就业始终是社会民生的焦点问题之一,在竞争日益激烈和时代转型的当代社会,外语专业毕业生需要适应企业对自己的要求和期望。此篇短论以对辽宁省企业的实地走访调查、高校外语学院走访调查和外语专业大学生线上就业问卷调查为依据,形成辽宁省对外语人才需求和就业意见分析,希望为外语专业学生提供参考依据。

By visiting various enterprises in Liaoning Province,we find that there are different levels of demand forforeign language talents.Employment has always been one of the key issues of people＇s livelihood.In the contemporarysociety,where competition is increasingly fierce and times are changing,foreign language graduates need to adaptthemselves to the needs of enterprises.Expectations.Based on the investigation of enterprises in Liaoning Province,thevisiting survey of foreign language colleges in colleges and universities and the online employment survey of foreignlanguage majors,this paper forms an analysis of the demand for foreign language talents and employment opinions inLiaoning Province.The author hopes to provide reference for foreign language majors.
