面向国际化的高校创新创业人才培养探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on Internationalization Oriented Personnel Cultivation for Innovation and Entrepreneurship

创新创业人才是当前高等教育改革的重点,国际化则是其中的关键要素之一。本文基于当前我国创新创业教育宏观背景和现状分析,深入讨论了当前创新创业教育和人才培养存在的主要问题,并以南京邮电大学-新加坡南洋理工大学创新创业海外研修为例,探索并思考了面向国际化的高校创新创业人才培养的相关方案与措施,提出了相关建议。

Innovation and entrepreneurship talents are the focus of current higher education reform,andinternationalization is one of its key elements.Based on the analysis of background and current situation of innovationand entrepreneurship education in China,this paper discusses the main problems in it,and takes innovation andentrepreneurship overseas research of Nanjing Univ.of Posts and Telecomm.- Nanyang Technology Univ.as anexample to explore and think about personnel cultivation for internationalization oriented innovation andentrepreneurial.Some suggestions were made.
