摘要
如何开展本科生创新人才的培养和吸引优秀创新人才是研究型大学教学科研团队面临的两大难题,科研助理机制是解决这两大难题的有效的途径。本文针对现有科研助理机制针对性不强、教师积极性差等问题,提出了教学科研团队主导的科研助理机制,论述了其必要性、培养模式和运行机制,建立了科研助理实践平台,形成了一套适合航空制造业拔尖创新人才培养的科研助理机制,解决了长期困扰团队的创新人才培养和吸引问题。
How to develop the cultivation of undergraduate innovative talents and attract outstanding innovativetalents are the two major problems faced by the teaching and research team of research universities,and the scientificresearch assistant mechanism is an effective way to solve the two problems.Aiming at the problems of weak pertinence ofthe existing scientific research assistant mechanism and poor enthusiasm of the teachers,this paper puts forward thescientific research assistant mechanism led by the teaching and research team,discusses its necessity,training mode andoperation mechanism,and establishes the practice platform of the scientific research assistant.It forms a set of scientificresearch assistant mechanism suitable for training innovative talents in aviation manufacturing industry,and solves theproblem of training and attracting innovative talents,which has been puzzling the team fora long time.
