摘要
从应用型工科大学毕业生创新能力不足的问题出发,以南京工程学院培养具有卓越工程实践能力和创新能力的工程人才为例,探讨了基于企业大赛或专业竞赛平台为载体的,以联合协作、分阶段层次和学科交叉的项目教学为手段的大学生创新能力培养模式的作用,为应用型工程大学的工程精英人才培养提供一定的借鉴作用。
Starting from the lack of innovation ability of applied engineering graduates,take Nanjing institute ofTechnology for example to train engineering talents with excellent engineering practice ability and innovation ability,the role of the training model of college students＇ innovative ability based on enterprise competition or professionalcompetition platform and by means of joint collaboration,phased level and interdisciplinary project teaching are discussedin the paper.The result can be used as a reference for engineering elite cultivating in applied engineering university.
