教学案例库建设是更好地实施案例教学的重要前提。建设《现代生物技术》教学案例库以某种酶异源表达研究为任务型目标,以该酶基因的获得、异源表达载体构建、表达条件优化、表达效果确认、酶纯化、酶活性测定与应用等为主要内容构建案例并以此为主线组织案例,案例间具有较强的关联性。案例库包括理论综合、思维训练、实践操作等类型案例,展现形式丰富,便于激发学生的学习兴趣,提高教学质量。

Case library construction is an important prerequisite to implement case teaching better.Modernbiotechnology case library was constructed with heterologous expression of an enzyme asa task-oriented target,takinggene obtaining,heterologous expression vector construction,expression optimization,expression recognition,enzymepurification,enzyme activity determination and enzyme application as main contents and a main line.There is a strongcorrelation between cases.The case library includes the cases of theory integration,mind training and experimentoperation,which can stimulate the learning interest of students and improve the teaching quality.
