摘要
环境生物技术实验课程涵盖的实验技能范围广,需要根据生物技术进步和学科需求动态调整课程内容及教学模式。本文介绍了笔者所在教学小组在环境生物技术实验课程内容及教学模式改革等方面的实践。课程教学内容改革以解决实际环境问题为导向,将基因工程、高通量毒性评估等新型生物技术领域中不同实验技能交叉融合形成了3个综合型实验,采用了"以研代练"的实验教学方法,结合多元考核模式对学生实验技能和科研思路进行综合评估,激发了学生的自主学习动力和创新思维。
Experimental courses of environmental biotechnology covera wide range of experimental skills.It isnecessary to dynamically adjust the course content and teaching mode according to the biotechnology development andsubject demands.This paper introduces the reform and practice on teaching contents and models for environmentalbiotechnology experimental course in our group.The reformed course contents include three comprehensiveexperiments involved in the field of genetic engineering,high throughput toxicity evaluation and so on,which wereoriented to the actual environmental problems.Students do experiments in the forms of project research.The multipleassessment model was applied to evaluate the students' ability and inspire the students' autonomous learning motivationand innovative thinking.
