Reform of Experimental Training Courses for Biopharmacy Majors Based on Social Requirements

生物制药行业是国家政策予以倾斜和扶植的"高新技术"行业,是吉林省新支柱产业。如何完善培养过程,提高培养质量,培养具备生物药品生产操作、药品生产过程质量控制与质量保证的高素质技术技能人才已经成为亟需解决的问题。为此,我们提出通过严格管理、精选内容、启发教学、模拟工厂及创新机制等改革措施,实现理论课程与行业标准对接、实践内容与行业生产对接、人才培养与行业需求对接,培养出高素质高技能型人才,以满足社会和行业的需求。

Biopharmacy is ＂High-tech＂ industry fostered by national policy.Now,it becomea new pillar industryin jilin province.Higher vocational education is an important part of China education,undertaking the mission ofcultivating talents for economic and social construction and development.How to improve the training process andquality to cultivate high-quality technical talents manufacturing pharmaceutical production and guaranteeingpharmaceutical quality has become an urgent problem to be solved.Here,we adopted a series of reform measures toimprove practical ability and professional quality of students,thus better meeting the needs of society and industry.
