新疆维吾尔族中年人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征合并高血压对动脉粥样硬化的影响

The effects of the coexistence of obstructive sleep apnea and bypertension on atherosclerosis in Uygur middle-aged patients in Xinjiang

目的探讨新疆维吾尔族中年人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSA)合并高血压对动脉粥样硬化的影响。方法2016年1月至2017年12月我院诊治的中年新疆维吾尔族OSA患者58例,高血压患者66例,OSA合并高血压患者64例,正常对照组56例。测量血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和测量颈动脉中膜厚度并行组间比较。结果 OSA组和高血压组颈动脉中膜厚度[(0.75±0.13)mm、(0.76±0.08)mm]、血清hs-CRP[(3.57±1.52)mg/L、(2.18±0.64)mg/L]均高于正常对照组[(0.67±0.05)mm、(1.00±1.73)mg/L];OSA合并高血压组颈动脉中膜厚度[(0.84±0.08mm)]、血清hs-CRP[(5.18±1.83)mg/L)]高于OSA组、高血压组和正常对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论新疆维吾尔族中年人OSA与高血压在促进动脉粥样硬化进程和炎性因子hs-CRP中具有协同作用。

Objective To evaluate the effects of coexistence of obstructive sleep apnea （OSA） and hypertension （HP）on atherosclerosis in Xinjiang Uygur middle-aged people. Methods Xinjiang Uygur middle-aged patients with OSA,HP or both OSA and HP treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled. High sensitivityC-reactive protein （hs-CRP） and carotid intima-media thickness （IMT） were measured and compared between differentgroups. Results There were 58 OSA patients, 66 HP patients, 64 patients with both OSA and HP and 56 subjectswithout OSA and HP. Carotid IMT and hs-CRP were significantly higher in OSA patients [（0.75±0.13）mm, （3.57±1.52）mg/L] and HP patients[（0.76±0.08）mm, （2.18±0.64）mg/L] than in control group[（0.67±0.05）mm, （1.00±1.73）mg/L].Carotid IMT and hs-CRP in patients with both OSA and HP were （0.84±0.08mm） and （5.18±1.83）mg/L, respectively,which were significantly higher than that of OSA patients, HP patients and control group （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion OSAand hypertension have co-effect on the progression of atherosclerosis and hs-CRP production in Uygur middle-agedpatients in Xinjiang.
