不同灸量艾灸治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效观察

Observation on the Efficacy of Moxibustion with Different Doses of Moxa in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

目的观察不同灸量艾灸治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将140例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为A组36例、B组36例、C组33例和D组35例。4组取穴相同,均采用灸法治疗。其中A组治疗15 min,B组治疗30 min,C组治疗45 min,D组治疗60 min。4组治疗前后分别采用WOMAC指数评价膝关节功能,并比较各组临床疗效。结果 4组治疗后WOMAC指数评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组、C组和D组治疗后WOMAC指数评分与A组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组治疗后WOMAC指数评分与D组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组总有效率为94.4%,B组为88.9%,C组为100.0%,D组为100.0%。4组临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸是一种治疗膝骨关节炎的有效方法,以治疗45 min为宜。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of moxibustion with different doses of moxa in treating knee osteoarthritis. Method One hundred and forty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomized to group A of 36 cases, group B of 36 cases, group C of 33 cases, and group D of 35 cases. All groups were intervened by moxibustion at the same acupoints, 15 min for group A, 30 min for group B, 45 min for group C, and 60 min for group D. The function of knee in the four groups was measured by the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis （WOMAC） index before and at the end of treatment, and the clinical efficacies of the four groups were compared. Result The WOMAC index score showed a significant change after the treatment in the four groups （P〈0.05）. After the treatment, the WOMAC index score in the group B, group C and group D was significantly different from that in group A （P〈0.05）, and the WOMAC index score in the group B was significantly different from that in group D （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 94.4% in group A versus 88.9% in group B, 100.0% in group C, and 100.0% in group D. There was a significant difference in the therapeutic efficacy among the four groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Moxibustion is an effective approach in treating knee osteoarthritis, and it is advisable to treat for 45 minutes.
